Electrician Maidstone Offer: Permanent PAYE £42,000+ OT regularly available, you also get a company car/van + fuel card, 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare and opportunity to progress into Senior roles!   We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Highways and Streetworks Technology client for an Electrician to join them on a permanent basis in the Maidstone area! The company are also involved in projects around Streetlighting, EV Chargers, Traffic Signs technology installations and maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrician looking to try something new within the Electrical industry. If you’re tired of doing Domestic/Commercial Electrician work this could be a great fit for you! No experience required, you’ll be working in teams to understand how these systems are installed and serviced, and the company pay for new Certification.   Working as an Electrician with my client, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of electrical works including cable installation & termination, electrical minor works, lantern replacements, fault finding & repairs, general inspection, testing both new & existing installations & the relevant certification.   The Electrician will need to be based within a commutable distance to their projects based around Doncaster and Wakefield. Responsibilities: Deliver electrical elements of Traffic-Signs, Street Lighting & Technology Installation works making sure the quality of the works meets the lates IEE Regulations, customer specifications, & requirements. SWA electrical terminations into lighting column & feeder pillars Installation of secondary isolators into lighting columns Wiring & installing lanterns Testing & inspecting on street furniture & the completion of test certificate’s Fault finding Electrical survey’s Cable pulling Cable jointing Working from MEWPS  ESSENTIAL Requirements & Qualifications: Full UK driving license Level 3 NVQ Electrotechnical + AM2, OR a JIB GOLD CARD Inspection & testing 2391 or HEA 714  DESIRABLE Qualifications: Street work IPAF G39 Streetlighting experience CSCS/CPCS, ECS cards    If you are interested in the opportunity please apply with your latest CV and I will give you a call to discuss the next steps of your application and answer your questions.
