Job Title: Freelance Site Agent Project: Water Infrastructure Location: Derby Rate: £350-£400 Per Day (DOE) CIS ONLY Start Date: Immediate Kenton Black is recruiting for the role of Site Agent for our award-winning client based in Derby. This project is the development and refurbishment of waterworks and sewerage treatment works. This Project is £2,000,000 in value and is scheduled run for 34 weeks. A lot of future schemes planned so there is certainly longevity with this role for the right candidate. To be successful you must have; First Aid, CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant certifications are desirable. Responsibilities: • Day to day running of the site. • Management of two Site Supervisors • Health and Safety Assessments • Risk Assessments and Method Statements • Maintaining the Programme • Material Call Offs • Weekly Client Meeting To be successful: • CSCS black card • SMSTS • First Aid 3 day • TWC • Engineering background (advantage) • AP lifting (advantage) If you are interested, please apply with your most up to date CV or contact Faye in the Birmingham office.
