Requirements:
As a Gas Engine Field Service Engineer, you will work hands-on with CHP systems that are at the forefront of energy generation technology. These systems efficiently produce electricity and capture waste heat for various thermal applications, such as Leisure Centres, Hospitals, and Hotels.
As a Gas Engine Field Service Engineer, you will:
Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair tasks on gas-related equipment in CHP systems, including gas engines, pumps, motors, and associated components.
Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems or inefficiencies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal CHP Engine performance.
Carry out routine inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports, work orders, and equipment performance data.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, promote a culture of safety awareness, and report any incidents or hazards promptly.
