Our client offers a range of services including Building, Mechanical & Electrical, and Maintenance, providing comprehensive solutions to their clients. Start date: 03/06/2024 Role: Site Manager As a Site Manager, you will oversee renovation works at commercial sites, including universities, student accommodation, museums, hospitals, and heritage projects. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project and expected to carry out all typical duties, including: Managing day-to-day site operations. Implementing work practices such as Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, Security Protocols, and Critical Safety Audits. Ensuring timely material requisitions to avoid delays and secure the best commercial terms. Collaborating with contractors to address safety inefficiencies and implement additional programs and processes. Attending Design Team Meetings to provide input into the design process and contribute to build-ability discussions, Health and Safety, or process improvement.Candidate Requirements: SMSTS and First Aid tickets. NVQ 6 Black Managers CSCS card (preferably). Minimum 8 years of experience as a Site Manager. Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
