New Service Administrator opportunity! | Salary up to £25,500 | | Monday-Friday working hours, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings | Based at their depot near to Trowbridge | Deliver first class customer service while working closely with the service team to ensure smooth running of the department. The role of the Service Administrator: As the Service Administrator you will support the service operations with parts, logistics and customer service support. Booking of MOT's Deal with incoming telephone calls, emails and customer calls. Completing job cards, ordering of parts and after-sale issues are dealt with and progressed. Progress and chase supplier orders and back orders. Raise Sales Orders, purchase requests, purchase orders and invoices. Contacting customers to arrange bookings of vehicles and trucks. Working 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm  As a our ideal Service Administrator, you will have the following: Experience within a similar role is essential. Previous strong administration experience Experience with Kerridge would be advantageous. Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word. Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal. A motivated and organised administrator with excellent customer service skills We are working in partnership with an award winning company within the automotive industry, that operate across the country.
