As part of this role, you will be joining a skilled team of architects, architectural technologists, designers, Principal Designer, and a certified Passivhaus Designer in Chester. They work on diverse projects like rural estates, private homes, schools, retail, and more. Their comprehensive design service covers all project phases. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect: Being an ARB registered Architect with a several years of experience post Part 3. Experience across all RIBA Stages, with a robust understanding of UK planning policies and Building Regulations. Relevant project experience in residential and commercial sectors. Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Possessing design flair and strong technical abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines. Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Coordinate and run site meetings. Previous experience working on Conservation projects is desirable but not essential.
