Desktop Support Analyst Central London Up to £35,000 per annum Permanent – 100% onsite opportunity *INTERVIEWING IMMEDIATELY* *Additional benefits include an individual training budget for all employees and eligibility for the Company Bonus Scheme Our client, a leading MSP, are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join their existing team on customer site in central London. As the Desktop Support Analyst you will bring your skills and experience to the team, working closely with colleagues and end customer to resolve technical issues as they arise and utilise your skills to bring the best IT Support. Responsibilities Core role: * Support of Windows Desktop O/S and other industry standard tool used by the customer. * Perform a complex range of technical work activities either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements. * Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures. * Escalate issues to the Desktop Team Leader or Service Manager in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met. * Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments * Ensure daily checks have been completed. * Participate in the on-call rota among the team * Support project delivery aims and objectives * Ensure all changes to the estate are reflected in support documentation * Work under the guidance and mentoring of the Desktop Team Leader. Qualifications Core skills and experience: * Previous experience working on customer site advantageous. * Previous commercial experience working as Desktop Support professional * Windows desktop operating systems knowledge * deployment tools of SCCM * MS Office * Citrix client * Extensive Active Directory experience * Office 365, Account creation. * Previous Public Setor experience advantageous. * Mac experience advantageous * Physical build advantageous Additional: This is a 35 hour working week position (7 hrs per day) with those hours being fulfilled between 0800 – 1800 Monday to Friday.
