My client are a leading housing and property developer currently turning over £200m. They deliver high quality family homes and residential developments priding themselves on creating modern, ecofriendly, and sustainable communities across the North West. They are now recruiting for a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a luxury high-rise tower block in Manchester city centre, valued at over £60m.
