Quality Inspector

The Company and Overview An exciting opportunity to join our client's quality department, involving a diverse range of quality control processes. Previous experience in quality control is essential, preferably within the electronics sector. Knowledge of IPC standards and proficiency in working with a microscope, given the intricacy of componentry, are highly desirable skills. The role entails conducting quality control assessments on through-hole components, surface mount devices, wire modifications, mechanical assemblies, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation standards. The Candidate Experience in assembly of electronic printed circuit boards to IPC 610 class 3 Experience of working with a microscope Capable of high level of throughput Professional manner with excellent internal and external customer service skills Good understanding of English including verbal and written communication skills Candidate must be comfortable working as part of a wider group The Package The salary offered for this position is £22,000- £27,000 plus a bonus to a candidate that can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
