Parts Coordinator Pertemps Stoke are proud to partner with a worldwide leading manufacturer based in Stoke-on-Trent. Our client is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join their established team. Key responsibilities of this Parts Coordinator role: Obtain and provide up to date, historical parts and assembly prices Support the sales department with quotations Allocate 20% of your time to prospecting for new sales opportunities Identify potential clients and initiate contact to introduce the products and services Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the existing capital install base Revisit clients within the capital install base and identify upselling or cross selling opportunities Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless follow up on post capital Take control of the spare parts business control Ordering, progress chasing, arranging packaging for all parts Completing freight and export documents for shipping Skills required for this Parts Coordinator role: Previous experience in an engineering environment Knowledge of shipping/logistics and export is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate Self-motivated and proactive with a can do attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Must have a strong focus on business development Must have a full UK driving license What this Parts Coordinator role has to offer: Salary - DOE Location: Stoke-on-Trent 8:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday Permanent position Competitive holiday package Friendly working environment Free onsite parkingIf you are interested in this Parts Coordinator role please call Steph on (phone number removed)
