Smart Repair Technician

Overview Our client is one of the UK's leading automotive dealership and specialises in supplying a wide range of showroom condition car across all makes and models and are seeking a skilled Smart Repair Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Smart Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing a range of cosmetic repair tasks on vehicles, including but not limited to paintwork, alloy wheel refurbishment, dent removal. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting cosmetic repairs on vehicles, including paint touch-ups, scratch removal, and polishing. * Repairing and refurbishing alloy wheels to a high standard. * Removing dents and dings from vehicle panels using appropriate techniques and tools. * Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. * Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician within the automotive industry. * Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and materials. * Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment, including paint sprayers, sanders, and dent removal tools. * Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. * Relevant qualifications or certifications would be advantageous. Hours * 8:30am/5:30pm - Monday/Friday * 8:30am/12:30pm - Alternate Saturdays In Return * Competitive Salary package * Monthly efficiency bonus * Annual bonus paid quarterly
