Trainee Account Manager

Trainee Account Manager £24,000.00 + uncapped commission Market Harborough Experience Required: No experience necessary. Agenda Partnership have partnered with a client based in Market Harborough who are recruiting for a Trainee Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding business. No previous sector experience required but will need to have some telephone-based sales experience. Day to day, the Trainee Account Manager will: * Proactively cold calling new business and lead generation * Make solid use of the CRM to keep client records updated and inputting new clients on to the system * Gathering an understanding of the customers requirements * Send quotes directly to the customer * Completing customer GDPR, terms of business and ID verification * Follow up on calls/ emails for potential customers Skills and experience required: * Have a good telephone manner, be polite, approachable and professional * No previous sales experience is necessary for this role. * Desirable would be some form of telephone based sales experience As a Trainee there will be ongoing support and development until you become more confident in post
