Ideal Candidate * Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese * Previous experience in fast moving consumer goods * Experience in a fast paced supermarket environment * Confident in carrying out hands on tasks * Passionate about retail and building strong teams The Role – Key Responsibilities * Assist the Store Manager with staff rotas, shift arrangements, absences, and sick leaves management. * Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of all departments including distributing the workload evenly and that motivation and performance levels are maintained. * To organise, delegate, manage and monitor performance of staff including maintain a welcoming, safe environment, identifying and minimising all potential risks to users of premises, the Company and property. * Stock control and management including shrinkage and wastage management. * Supervise staff members including coaching and motivating teammates to meet and exceed expectations.
