Project Quantity Surveyor

Long term freelance opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor in Guildford paying competitive day rate Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a UK based specialist contractor in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Team. This is an opportunity to be office based in Guildford assisting on multiple cut and carve schemes on a 12 month contract. Our client is a UK wide developer that take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various fit out and cut & carve schemes across the UK. This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a long-term freelance basis or temp to perm. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing support with a Main Contractor, or Developer working on schemes from £1-15M. For this freelance role you must have recent fit out and refurbishment experience. For this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 12 months plus contract of work.
