Area Site Manager - London £36,045 - £38, 364 Actual Salary + AET Wellbeing Cash Plan + Car Scheme + Pension Scheme (LGPS) + Additional AET Benefits Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Start date: April / May 2024 The role will be based at any of the Academies. There will be time spent operating equally between them. We are seeking to appoint an Area Site Manager to oversee our Academies in the London region, including (Aylward Academy, Trinity Primary Academy, Noel Park Primary School, Charles Warren Academy, and Sir Herbert Leon Academy) As part of the Regional Estates team, you will have an operational and supervisory role, managing the Academies' School Facilities Managers across the 5 sites. The Area Site Manager has an operational role which is focused on ensuring the safe, economic, and effective operation of the Trust buildings and grounds within the area of control. The Area Site Manager is expected to set and maintain high professional standards at all times and promote and adhere to the Trust's values to be unusually brave, discover what's possible, push the limits and be big-hearted. Our ideal candidate will: Hold a Driving Licence, as travel will be required between the 5 academy sites Have previous experience of premises management or building management Be highly motivated, organised, full of initiative, and common sense Have a proven ability to work effectively under pressure You will have the ability to lead and relate well and build positive relationships with staff and key stakeholdersClosing date: Friday 17th May 2024 We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive an overwhelming response.
