Electrician

Job Opportunity: Electrician Location: London (Primarily North & West London) Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Benefits: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Company van and fuel card provided Access to perkbox Pension Scheme Responsibilities: Perform remedial works and conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's) in social housing and council properties. Ensure all tasks are executed in accordance with regulations and industry standards. Maintain meticulous records of work completed.Requirements: Demonstrated experience in social housing/domestic settings. Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Level 3 or AM2 qualified. Certification in 2391 or 2394/2395 Electrical Testing and Inspection (desirable). A keen eye for detail and a dedication to safety.
