Operations Manager Permanent Pencaitland Negotiable A specialist electrical engineering company are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Pencaitland on a permanent basis The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance, Project and People Management role within an Electrical Engineering Environment Role & Responsibilities * Managing a small team of office staff and Service Engineers * Producing Management Accounts * Ensuring Timesheets and invoices are processed correctly * Supervising the scheduling of Engineers work load daily * Providing any additional support and training when necessary * Managing multiple projects at one time * Providing Technical Support * Travelling to customer sites locally as and when required by the business Knowledge & Experience * Ideally will have a background within Electrical Engineering or a technical engineering role * Previous Project Management and People Management experience * Experience in finance and creating management financial accounts * The ability to manage multiple projects at one time * Excellent IT Skills * Highly motivate with the ability to motivate and encourage others If you’re interested in this opportunity please email an up to date copy of your CV via the apply button
