Managing a large case load of clients and being solely responsible; Taking inbound and outbound calls from third parties, such as estate agents or lenders; Ensuring that all emails are responded to promptly and professionally; Using multiple IT systems to track work load; Correctly processing a number of legal documents; Updating clients on the progress of their case; Productively prioritising work load. What are the requirements?
