Customer Service Leeds City Centre £22,500 Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm Permanent! Want to leave the hospitality and retail industries? This is the job for you if you're a barista, sales assistant, bartender, customer assistant in a grocery store, waiter or waitress, etc. Five minutes from Leeds Train Station, my client, a fast expanding and developing business, is seeking to hire administrators (who may be entry-level), customer service advisors, and customer service representatives. Managing a large case load of clients and being solely responsible; Taking inbound and outbound calls from third parties, such as estate agents or lenders; Ensuring that all emails are responded to promptly and professionally; Using multiple IT systems to track work load; Correctly processing a number of legal documents; Updating clients on the progress of their case; Productively prioritising work load. What are the requirements?
