As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate. My client enjoys a turnover of c£10 million and have procedures and plans to grow to £50 million for 2028. The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor who is seeking a fantastic opportunity. About The Role: As Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our projects. Your focus is to manage cost and maximise margin whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality. About You: • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor. • Previous experience on projects £1 Million + • Live or able to commute to Leicestershire. • Experience of working within the Construction industry for specifically on NEC Conditions of Contract.
