Quantity Surveyor Commercial + Residential Groundworks £40,000 - £60,000/annum (DOE) + Car Allowance + Benefits Leicester LE1 A Quantity Surveyor to join a growing regional groundworks subcontractor in the East Midlands working on both residential and commercial projects, covering a vast selection of expert services, including laying pipes and drainage, groundworks through heavy civil engineering, concrete foundations and more. They specialise in construction, civil engineering, building, earthworks, environmental management, land remediation and plant hire whilst boasting strong relationships with multiple tier 1 house builders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assisting with tenders and work winning. - CVR. - Cost Management. - Procurement. - Settling accounts and invoices. - Settling final accounts. - Financial forecasting.
