A chance to join an award-winning, multi-disciplinary building contractor with over 35 years experience in the construction industry, a constantly growing company and a great working atmosphere to call home ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * Provided safety training and education to construction personnel, including new hire orientation, toolbox talks, and specialized training programs on topics such as fall protection, confined space entry, and electrical safety. * Monitoring compliance on all live construction sites, particular emphasis on Health & Safety Performance. * General oversight role to ensure all company operations are conducted in line with various policies and procedures. * Collaborated with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to integrate safety into project planning, scheduling, and execution, and ensure safety goals and objectives were met. * Facilitated safety meetings, safety committees, and safety awareness campaigns to engage employees, promote safety culture, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. * Ensuring Compliance across construction sites and Head office. IDEAL CANDIDATE * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor is essential * Degree level qualification in HSE and/or equivalent experience * Be able to communicate well and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of construction * An ability to influence at all levels to achieve the best outcome for the organisation * A full clean European driver’s license and a form of transport which will enable you to fulfill your responsibilities * Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office * The ability to meet deadlines * Professional presence, dress and demeanor PACKAGE * Negotiable. and will include Suitable benefits and package
