HR Generalist


A pioneer organisation in battery cell research and battery technology development is currently looking for a HR Generalist to join their team! The successful candidate will deal with various HR queries throughout the business.   The HR Generalist will: Update data basis, arrange interviews, conduct interviews, inductions, employment offers. Review and update job descriptions. Projects relating to culture, employee engagements, succession planning. Update and monitor key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates. Contract variation letters, employment termination letters, formal processes i.e. disciplinaries, grievances.   The HR Generalist will have: Degree qualified or CIPD qualification. Previous experience of working in an HR function. Excellent communication and people skills. Strong MS Office and Outlook skills.
