This role will revolve around our Barton and Redditch Readymix plants, demanding someone with a dedication to sales and a commitment to unparalleled customer service. As Sales Manager, you'll be tasked with securing new business ventures within your designated region, navigating through large-scale regional projects, and nurturing key accounts. We're seeking an experienced, self-assured individual with a drive for success and a readiness to tackle the ever-evolving landscape of our fast-paced product line. Who you are You will lead our Internal Sales representative, drive sales and grow our customer base You will build, maintain and develop key relationships with customers, including account management of large regular accounts and growing our customer base You will have responsibility for sales targets within Barton, Redditch & the wider area You will positively promote and sell our Performance Products range of Readymix concrete to meet customers’ needs and enhance sales performance You will be confident in identifying, tracking and closing out projects within the given geography You will have financial responsibility for contribution to Aggregate Industries through the designated product ranges and plants, including volume, sales revenue and margin-based targets You will have responsibility for cash collection from customers  You will work with the Operational and Technical teams to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered as a collective team effort.
