REF: 23869WSFSR Production Line Leader Location: Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 6:30am until finish (Must be flexible with hours up to 6pm and Saturday working) Pay : £11.72 per hour Our client has had an increase in business and are looking to expand their team! Responsibilities include: * Liaise with Packhouse Supervisors and Production Supervisors. * Coordinating production line workflow to meet the orders. * Planning and prioritising workload to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime. * Monitoring line speed and addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption to production * Ensuring all related company procedures are adhered to. * Keeping relevant paperwork up to date. * Proactively support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. * Maintaining a high standard of house keeping * Ensure the appropriate PPE is worn within the packing area Skills and experience: * The successful candidate will ideally have a production background. * Ability to work well under pressure and to think outside the box. * Own transport is essential due to location of the company. * Flexibility with working hours.
