Architectural Assistant

Proman is looking for a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant in Central London. Our client, a construction company specialised in fit-out of luxury projects needs a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant with experience drafting drawings for construction - RIBA Stages 4/5, to start in one of their projects in Central London. Requirements: Experience working with contractors/architects/ interior designers Experience in delivering drawings for RIBA Stages 4 or 5 for construction Knowledgeable about Approved Documents / design guidance for compliance Knowledgeable about drafting requirements for construction (use of gridlines, setting out, annotation) Capacity to analyse the drawing/sketch that is being drafted and flag or resolve issues independently.  - Working hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. - Site office based position  If you are interested please apply here or send your CV to (url removed)  Our clients and their customers come from diverse backgrounds and so do we.
