Senior Building Services Manager

Fawkes and Reece are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are one of the most progressive contractors in the industry over the past 5 years. They are currently looking for a Senior Building Services Manager for a brand-new project they have just been awarded working in Central London. The project is a Commercial/Resi build and is currently still in the pre-construction phases so will need an individual that has experience taking projects through pre-construction, design, and delivery. A large proportion of their leadership team started with the business over 15 years ago as Trainees, so this just shows that the company can offer real progression for hard work. They have a simple leadership hierarchy which means decisions get made promptly and effectively. The main duties of the Senior Building Services Manager will be to undertake condition surveyors of existing MEPH installations to ascertain scope requirements, review design and sub-contractor quotes, provide input for progress report that are to be presented to project & client team plus many more. Experienced bias in either Mechanical or Electrical but must have base understanding commissioning principals for building services in a construction environment and must have a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager/ or Senior Building Services Manager.
