As a Sales Consultant, you'll be more than just a salesperson. You'll be a trusted advisor, a design enthusiast, and a guiding light for customers as they navigate the journey of building their dream homes. Your role will involve not only selling premium products but also providing expert consultation and advice to customers. Monday - Friday, 9-5pm and a Saturday 9.30-5pm (with one set day off in the week) What's in it for you? Up to £27000pa (including bonus)  A great place to work with a friendly and welcoming team 20 days + BH Bonus structure (performance related & paid quarterly) Induction training Development opportunities Sick pay after probation Company events Free parking The Role: Answering inbound calls/making outbound calls to new or existing customers Providing excellent customer service & knowledge on products, prices, sizes etc. Creating quotes, taking payments, assisting with delivery arrangements, updating CRM Welcoming & building relationships with customers face-to-face & over the phone The Person: Strong customer focus & previous experience in a design/sales environment Excellent communicator Confident, self-starter Experience in a sales environment Well organised & able to prioritise tasks
