Dictation and copy typing Electronic filing To deal with inbound and outbound telephone calls with clients, Counsel, experts and other third parties To keep appointment diaries for Fee Earners and Senior members of the team Dealing with clients and visitors face to face when required To ensure compliance with office procedures as demonstrated in the Practice Manual To be involved with CCMS Legal aid matters and applications To action fee notes or matters relating to experts’ invoices Other general administrative tasks In exchange the Firm provides a competitive salary and benefits package to include ongoing training and support to develop your career, health care, laptop, hybrid working arrangements, annual appraisals and salary reviews, additional perks and incentives!
