Global Reporting Analyst


We are working with one of our most prestigious client who are an industry leader in the software sector, supporting them with the recruitment of a Global Reporting Analyst to join their thriving team in Northampton.

Location: Northampton

Length: Permanent, full-time

Environment: Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reporting across the high value accounts.
  • Responsible for streamline processes and internal procedures.
  • Produce reporting to the relevant client contacts (internal and external) on KPI's and data analysis as defined within the contract. These could be, but are not limited to, spend by purchase order and budgets, client accruals, analysis of service and product MI, volume metrics, and pre-billing information such as meter readings.
  • Administer and control all reporting and issuing of invoices, in line with the client's requirements within agreed SLA's and targets.
  • Analyse and examine costs to establish the agreement in line with the contract.

Key Experience:

  • Extensive PC skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint & Power BI.
  • Must be able to read/write/speak English fluently.
  • An excellent track record of successful management in large, complex and dynamic businesses, international experience would be beneficial.
