MRO Site Support Manager

Connect Appointments are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our client's team as an MRO Site Support Manager based near the Chirnside/Scottish borders area.

The main responsibility of this role is to provide support to the Sites Maintenance and Engineering Team, whilst also supporting key staff members within the wider Operations Team.

What's on offer?

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (with an early finish on Friday
• 32,000 to 37,000 per annum
• Permanent position

Working as an MRO Site Support Manager , your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive support to the site's Maintenance and Engineering team
• Monitoring and dealing with customer enquiries either face-to-face or via email and phone
• Managing stores stock and inventory systems
• Providing technical support on MRO products
• Customer order processing and following up on outstanding quotations
• Completing any relevant reports and documents

To be successful within this role you will have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in the MRO industry with technical expertise/knowledge of product sectors
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong computer and IT skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UK driving licence
