Position: Account Manager
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 DOE

Our client, based in Basingstoke, are specialists in the print and direct mail industry, using their cutting-edge technology and software they ve emerged as the UK s leading experts within their field.

They are currently on the hunt for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their growing team. Being self-motivated, you'll work closely with clients across various sectors, ensuring consistent and exceptional service whilst driving sales.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
• Manage client data and update profiles with accurate information
• Handle client telephone and email enquiries
• Book in new jobs, take briefs and manage jobs through to completion
• Work closely with clients to resolve complaints and other issues.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand the services provided to clients
• Ensure all communication with clients are clear, accurate and informative.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in customer service / account management, ideally within printing or mailing
• Enthusiastic, positive and a great communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent numerical and communication skills.
