Import/Export Coordinator

We are on the look out for Import and Export Coordinator to Join a international freight forwarding company which is based in Sutton Coldfield.

The company has 25 years in Freight importing and exporting overseas.

The Job

Job Title: Import & Export Coordinator

Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 +Generous Bonus Scheme

Working Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday - Friday

Duties :

• Supporting the entire logistics activity within the company for goods movement from end to end both in the UK and Internationally.
• Working to strict deadlines and being able to plan ahead the collections and deliveries of Groupage, Part and Full Load consignments utilising Road, Sea and Air modes of transport on a global basis.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that all imports and exports are dealt with efficiently.
• Processing of shipping paperwork, including packing lists, import & export documentation and commercial invoices.
