Junior Finance Assistant


Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely company based in Haverhill, who is looking for a Finance Administrator to support the Finance team. The Accounts Assistant will be assisting with everyday Finance admin such as, processing payments, filing, handling customer invoice queries etc. This is a lovely Finance support role which is ideal for someone with some accounts experience or looking to kick start their career in Finance.

Finance Assistant duties:

  • Supporting the Accounts team with everyday accounts admin
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Handling customer queries and taking payments from customers over the telephone
  • Processing and administering monthly payments
  • Data entry, scanning and filing of accounts documents

Skills and experience:

  • Ideally have some experience of working in an Accounts / Finance team
  • Data entry and admin skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
