The Role

As an Office Sales Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of your business centre. You'll wear many hats, but your focus will be on three key areas:
Leading & Coaching Your Team: You'll set clear goals and expectations, provide ongoing coaching and development, and create a positive and motivated work environment.
Generating Sales & Keeping Our Centres Buzzing: You'll develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and ensure our centres are always full of happy, productive businesses.
Ensuring a Smooth Operation: You'll oversee daily operations, monitor key metrics, and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
Lead and coach your team to consistently exceed sales and occupancy targets.
Develop and implement creative sales strategies to attract new customers.
Manage the customer lifecycle, from initial contact to renewal.
Ensure a seamless experience for all customers by overseeing daily operations.
Analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement in sales, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanour, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Creative thinking to generate sales
Host events to raise local awareness

About You
You're a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in sales.
You have a passion for building relationships and a natural ability to lead and inspire others.
You're a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge.
You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
