Senior Quantity Surveyor

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Senior Quantity Surveying position for and on behalf of one of our clients. The position is for an established Leeds building consultancy who are working in all sectors of the built environment. The role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: * Valuations * Cost Reports * Final accounts * Variations * Bill of Quantities * Pre-Tender Estimates * Contract Administration Requirements for the role are: * Minimum of 5 years experience. * Experience in a few different sectors. * Autonomously running projects. * Supporting junior members of staff. * Client care experience Benefits: * Competitive salary package * Great annual leave allowance * Excellent pension scheme * Hybrid working
