Construction Administrator - up to £28k + bonus + hybrid working – Ringwood Our client, a well-known construction company require a Construction Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave. The position is likely to be for a period of up to 12 months and will be responsible for carrying out all administrative duties in support of the construction department. Key duties will include: - • Reviewing and negotiating contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Managing contract documentation and ensuring that all parties adhere to contractual obligations • Developing and maintaining project schedules • Maintaining diaries, for arranging meetings and appointments • Helping to co-ordinate all relevant training • To assist in the collation of date for a variety of weekly and monthly reports This is a hybrid role that requires working form a Ringwood based office.
