If so, Owen Daniels is partnering with a leading food manufacturing and processing business based in Northampton that are experiencing a significant increase in orders. Our client is looking to recruit a Sales and Accounts Administrator to support all administration tasks across the business and keep customers and stakeholders updated with orders.   Sales and Accounts Administrator Northampton Permanent job opportunity Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00 £22,500-£30,000 Responsibilities In this busy and varied role you will work closely with all departments to process customer orders, and all associated administration Supporting the accounts team where required/requested, predominantly sales ledger but not limited to Tracking orders through to dispatch, keeping customers informed of any issues. Checking dispatch documents and completing invoices using Sage Accounting Software. Helping with transport planning and associated vehicle/driver administration. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems Managing a heavy workload and prioritising work schedules Provide secretarial assistance as required to Directors, Managers and Sales Staff including typing correspondence and answering telephones. Flexibility to work with and support other teams within the business.  Experience: Previous experience of a Sales Administration role or similar. You will be an excellent communicator with outstanding administrative skills and attention to detail. An ability to work to a high standard and to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately. Familiarity with office management procedures. Knowledge of Sage Accounts experience would be an advantage.
