Registered Manager Camden Up to £65,000 Do you have the skills and experience to manage a great care home providing care for individuals living with dementia and those who require nursing care? In this post you will: * Be the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service * Manage and motivate a great team of staff * Manage budgets within the home * Provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users * Ensure the service complies with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times You must be able to demonstrate: * A nursing qualification with an NMC Pin * Experience of managing a large care/nursing home * Great management skills * Experience of recruiting, supervising and managing staff * The ability to manage the Service’s budgets and deliver the Key Performance Indicators set * Experience of providing person centered planning * The ability to establish and maintain good relationships with relatives and friends of Service Users, employees, referring agencies, the local community and any other parties * Experience of developing existing and new sources of referrals For more information on this fabulous role, please call Elite on (phone number removed).
