Responsibilities: * Project Oversight: Lead the mechanical aspects of residential and commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and allocated budgets. * Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of mechanical engineers, subcontractors, and other essential personnel, fostering efficient collaboration and workflow. * Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations for all mechanical installations. * Coordination and Planning: Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to effectively coordinate mechanical activities, resolving challenges promptly. * Resource Management: Take ownership of the mechanical project budget, procurement of materials, and allocation of resources to achieve cost-effective and timely project delivery. * Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks related to mechanical installations and implement strategies to mitigate and maintain the project's integrity. * Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, obstacles, and notable milestones. Requirements: * Education: A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. * Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and regulations. Experience overseeing intricate mechanical installations in residential and commercial projects. * Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve project objectives. * Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and clients. * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges and implement pragmatic solutions. * Organizational Abilities: Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. * Software Competence: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
