End-User Support for PCs, Mobile & Hand-Held Devices, Tablets, MS Applications, Office 365 Administration, Windows 2019 Servers, VMware, Linux, and LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi Networking, Cyber Security, EDR - Endpoint, Detection, Response etc.

Additionally, any applicants who possess Web Development Skills to assist in the support of internal and external web pages will be highly desirable

Your Key/Essential Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for End-User Support for PCs, Mobile & Hand-Held Devices, Tablets, MS Applications
  • Assist with Helpdesk, Ticket Management, Issue Escalation & Issue Resolution
  • Windows Server Support & Configuration up to version 2019
  • Support & Configuration of O365, VMware & Linux
  • Assist in IT Projects as well as BAU Operations
  • Network Support, LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi
  • Cyber Security Support, Endpoint, Detection & Response (EDR) etc

Desirable Software Skills:

  • Software development using PHP, HTML
  • Database query and management using MySQL, MSSQL
