Science Teacher - September Start

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Teach science concepts to students using a variety of instructional strategies
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary projects
- Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance instruction
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior

Experience:
- Previous experience teaching science at the middle or high school level
- Strong knowledge of scientific concepts and principles
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and conducting experiments
- Experience in special education or working with students with diverse learning needs is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators
