Lead Teacher of Science

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher of Science to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and mentoring students. As a Lead Teacher of Science, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and guiding students in their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum
- Provide instruction in subjects such as Laboratory, Special Education, Maths, and Biochemistry
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to create a positive classroom environment
- Conduct scientific research and experiments to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff to ensure student progress
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred (Science)
- Proven experience in teaching and educational leadership roles
- Strong knowledge in Laboratory, Special Education, Maths, Biochemistry
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to educate and inspire students towards academic success
- Proficient in behavior management techniques and creating a positive learning environment
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring students towards personal growth
