Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, food safety, and team management within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, bartending, and customer service
- Create staff schedules and monitor employee performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the culinary or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
