Driver (General Duties)

General Driver – (Brackley, Northamptonshire) – Fulltime A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years. Long-term work is available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets who want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future. PAYE basis On Offer: * A rate of £14.44 per hour - for the first 39 hours * A rate of £21.66 per hour - for last 11 hours * Average rate of £16.03 per hour across the 50 hour Week * Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays) * Lodge or Mileage paid depending on distance (Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address, Tenancy Agreement) * Pension * Training and upskilling paid for * Safe working environment * Free PPE * Secure regular income * Overtime When Available: * Saturday – First 4 hours’ time & a half – after 4 hours double time * Sunday – Double time Must Have * Same knowledge and skills as a Labourer/General Operative * Good understanding of general construction works and site duties * Capable of carrying out driving duties and assist with other trades * Able to undertake all vehicle checks * Maintain site tidiness * CSCS Card Green * Full UK Drivers Licence Preferred * Working towards a CSCS skilled worker Card NVQ level 2 * Manual Handling * Driving Licence So, if you want to work for a main contractor that cares about their tradesmen, then this is your opportunity to apply and join the project now!
