Role: Lead Property Surveyor Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas Salary:£42,000 - £48,650 per annum plus Essential Car User Allowance Hours:37 hours per week Contract: Permanent An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Lead Property Surveyor to join our Surveying Team at North Devon Homes (NDH).You will be responsible for leading a team of Property Surveyors. At NDH we are serious about working together to create communities where people want to live and we know that our surveyor team plays a positive role in this. The successful candidate will need a blend of experience and qualifications in building surveying and repair diagnosis coupled with demonstrable skills in leadership and management. We are looking for someone who can role model our values, is able to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement through their team, someone who is pragmatic and practical in their approach to finding solutions and who has a genuine desire to make a difference to our customers and communities. In addition, the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation including asbestos, good levels of IT literacy and outstanding communication skills.
