As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Site Manager to oversee our new build residential developments. Position Overview: As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our residential projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors and tradespeople. * Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. * Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to construction quality, safety, and environmental management. * Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met. * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. * Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. * Maintain accurate documentation and records, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement among on-site personnel. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in residential construction, with a focus on new build developments. * Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate on-site teams. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail. * Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera, is desirable. * Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
