Financial Services Administrator

The Role Our professional services client is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Weston-Super-Mare. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, with flexible hybrid working on offer. The salary is circa £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience). Working hours are Monday - Friday 36.25 hours per week. The role As a financial planning administrator your role will be pivotal to the company's success by collaborating with Financial Planners to manage client relationships, work as a team, administer client files and liaise with product providers. Key duties will include: - Building meaningful relationships with clients - Creating and maintaining client records with the client's office system - Interact with product providers and internal teams to implement financial planning advice - Work in partnership with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices We are looking for: - Proven experience as an administrator within financial services - Confident communication skills, and strong attention to detail - Knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements - Experience of delivering outstanding customer service Contact Lucy at the Bristol Commercial branch for any questions
