Your Role as a Senior Site Manager at Reds10 As our Security Cleared, Senior Site Manager, you will be expected to uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety on site, oversee quality checks, and manage the day-to-day running of the project. You will ensure that the project stays within its schedule and budget, and swiftly address any arising issues. What Can You Expect from Us? What We Expect From You You will be responsible for the project’s performance in terms of time, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. You will inspire your onsite team, manage site HSE processes, and handle site management issues. Key Skills This project will have big challenges and it is essential that you have live operational school experience as there will be major H&S challenges. Our Senior Site Manager must be an inspirational leader with excellent organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to build relationships with a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. We expect our senior site manager to have proven abilities to review and improve processes and procedures, looking for innovative and creative solutions.
