Electrician required to join a leading building services business, covering planned and reactive maintenance contracts across the West of Scotland. Key responsibilities of the Electrician: Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, this includes lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting. Diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards. Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks. Continuously provide exceptional service in commercial premises. Electrician Requirements: Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations. 17th or 18th edition qualification. Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
