Hard FM Account Manager

Hard FM Account Manager £65-70k + car allowance + package A well-known and successful technical FM service provider are looking for an Account Manager, based in the City of London, to plan, organise and manage the delivery of all hard services and fabric maintenance across a single client site. This is a Corporate building, and experience in managing a maintenance contract in high profile office space would be beneficial. As the Account Manager, you will ensure PPM and reactive maintenance are delivered as detailed in the service level agreement, KPI’s within the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developed, at all times of course ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality. You will manage all aspects of performance of the hard services on site, delivering the planned and reactive maintenance through a high performing, and established team, and with the support of approved sub-contractors. It is essential that you and your team ensure a best in class health and safety record, and that compliance across the site is achieved. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the c£1.5m P&L of the account, and will hold monthly contract review meetings with the client to review performance and further develop a strong working relationship. By ensuring there is a strong relationship with the client, and that the maintenance team are delivering a best in class service, the Account Manager will also look to identify and capitalise on opportunities to secure and deliver additional revenue through extra works and projects.
